Ernie Regehr, co-founder of Project Ploughshares and currently Senior Fellow in Arctic Security at The Simons Foundation, and Research Fellow at the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies, Conrad Grebel University College.

Panelists:

Michael Bell has served as Canada’s Ambassador to Jordan, Egypt, and Israel and is currently Senior Fellow at the Norman Patterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University, Ottawa.

Peggy Mason is former Canadian Ambassador for Disarmament and is currently President of the Rideau Institute in Ottawa.
