Who We Are
The Nuclear Weapons Working Group consists of academics, the wider public, and students. As part of Science for Peace's public peace education services, the Working Group critically examines the roles and policies surrounding nuclear weapons and war.
Purpose
The Working Group provides public education services regarding nuclear weapons by developing fact sheets for curriculum integration, policy makers, and the wider public.
The Working Group also contributes articles and talks from experts and emerging scholars from diverse disciplines.
Meetings: Second Friday of each month, 5-6 PM EST
