84.27 Study Group Being Formed On Consequences Of Nuclear War

Professor T.C. Hutchinson, of the Institute for Environmental Studies of the University of Toronto has proposed a project to investigate the consequences of nuclear war and, in particular, the danger of nuclear winter. The outcome of this may well be a symposium and a volume of papers to back up the attempts to make politicians and other influential people aware of the precariousness of our position.
