Hypocritical: arguing from the position that Ukraine belongs to Russia (“sphere of influence”). Self-contradictory: acknowledging continuous Russian aggression against Moldova, Georgia, not to mention Chechnia, and Ukraine, while insisting potential victims must not be allowed to join a defensive alliance because there’s no reason for it to exist. Negotiations with Russia have gone on since it went to war in February 2014, and it has refused to stop or moderate its imperial aggression in any way, only escalated as the West refused to arm Ukraine to fully defend itself, despite causing irreparable harm to Russia’s own economy and demographics. Peace will only come when the Kremlin is convinced it will lose. “Science,” feh.
