About the Event
Michael Byers is the Canada Research Chair in Global Politics and International Law at the University of British Columbia and Co-Director of the Outer Space Institute. He has held positions at Oxford, St Andrews, and Duke University and has received the Donner Prize twice for his books International Law and the Arctic (2013) and Who Owns Outer Space? (2023).
